个人简介：
吴舟，博士。2021年毕业于荷兰瓦赫宁根大学，参与欧洲Horizon 2020 IMAGE研究项目，聚焦地方鸡种中矮小性状的遗传解析与育种历史挖掘，期间荣获国际学术会议最佳报告奖励。随后于英国爱丁堡大学-罗斯林研究所任博士后研究人员。负责英国生物技术与生物科学研究理事会（BBSRC）研究项目，聚焦禽类神经内分泌系统（下丘脑-垂体轴）的多组学整合研究及生物信息工具开发。以第一作者或通讯作者在Communications Biology、Genetics Selection Evolution、Evolutionary applications等期刊发表论文8篇，并以项目负责人身份主持BBSRC-ISP爱丁堡大学罗斯林研究所的青年学者基金“Early Career Researcher grant”项目，并参与欧洲Horizon 2020 IMAGE研究项目，及英国BBSRC研究项目。
研究领域：
本人的研究方向聚焦于家禽的遗传育种与功能基因组。研究内容涵盖鸡矮小性状的候选位点挖掘和群体遗传学解析、“下丘脑-垂体”调控轴的神经内分泌调控及多组学解析、生物信息工具开发等。与英国爱丁堡大学、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学、美国加州大学戴维斯分校等科研机构建有良好合作基础。
