杨悠悠,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年获北京师范大学化学系学士学位,2011年获北京大学化学与分子工程学院分析化学博士学位。2011年至2020年在中粮营养健康研究院负责油脂产业链食品质量与安全检测技术研发。2020年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作,主要从事风味组学分析研究。
研究方向和成果
主要研究方向为:基于现代色谱质谱技术,创新风味分析新方法,探究挥发性风味化合物形成的化学机理。以第一或通讯作者(含共同作者)在Food Chem、Food Res Int、Adv Sci、JCA等杂志发表论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利4项。获中国商业联合会全国商业科技进步一等奖(第3)、中粮集团科技进步二等奖(第9)和中国分析测试协会科学技术一等奖(第9)等奖励。
