Abstract: Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J (ALV-J)has been found to induce various infectious tumor immunosuppressive disease in chickens. Some affected flocks had dramatically reduced egg production and cause significant economic losses. There is no commercial vaccine and effective treatment method of the disease, and the molecular mechanism of ALV-J induced immunosuppression is not clear. In this project, the impact of ALV-J infection on host antigen presenting process is studied, and the effects of ALV-J on antigen presenting cell activation and function are explored to reveal responses the molecular mechanism ALV-J inhibits the host immune, and provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of ALV-J.
